An artist currently residing in Bedfordshire, Sophie Patel works primarily in colour pencil, pastel and graphite to create artworks with an animal or nature theme. Sophie has always drawn and created art but has been a practising artist since 2016 concentrating on building a portfolio of work and honing her skills. Sophie works in a realistic style with an emphasis on capturing the spirit of the subject, she also likes to push the colours of the subject and find those that may not be immediately apparent to give a depth to her work.
