Self-taught artist working in oils on canvas. Colourful, textured land and seascapes, inspired by adventure and wild places. Exhibiting and selling work for 10 years now. Regular participant in group exhibitions, annual Hebden Bridge Open Studios and had several solo shows. Shortlisted twice out of three attempts for RSMA annual open exhibition at the Mall Galleries. Keen to build a long-term relationship with suitable, interested galleries. My work roughly falls into three subject areas: marine, mountain, moorland but lockdown has meant a few more local ones and abstract experimentation too.
