Printmaker specialising in drypoint and collographs
I graduated in Graphic Design in 1990 and now work as a professional illustrator and printmaker from my garden studio near Cambridge. My printmaking work is mostly inspired by the changing seasons I observe on my daily dog walks; from skeletal winter trees to close-up studies of seed heads and birds. I mainly use drypoint printmaking techniques alongside collographs and relief printing.
I supply many galleries around the country with my original prints, popular range of coasters and screen-printed tea towels, as well as self published cards featuring my designs. The tea towels and original prints can be supplied on a sale or return basis. The cards and coasters are available wholesale. There is no minimum order and postage is charged at cost. I'm also happy to produce a body of work for a themed exhibition such as 'Coastal' or 'Autumn'.
My work is also available for licence and I've had many hundreds of card and wrapping paper designs published by companies such as Flamingo Paperie (formerly Phoenix Trading) Green Pebble and Artists' Cards.
I was selected for the highly acclaimed 2014 and 2016 Cambridge Original Printmakers Biennale and have participated in Cambridge Open Studios every year since 1996. My prints are also featured in the Cambridge Art Book.
