Cat Croxford

I am a landscape artist working in acrylic on canvas, based in West Berkshire.  I predominantly paint trees and woodland scenes, sizes from 50cm sq up to large and very large scale.  I am currently with galleries in Bristol, Godalming, Witney and Reading and would like to expand into other areas.

I would describe my style as an vibrant interpretation, with the emphasis on the effects of light, seasons and story telling.  All of my landscapes are taken from real places, ancient woodland near where I live as well as places explored.  I appeared on Sky Landscape Artist of the Year this year as a close run wildcard, and as a result of my positive experience I am planning to paint more en plein air this year to continue to develop my art.

Painting is my full time occupation, which also includes running regular courses at JoeDaisy Studio in South Oxfordshire, a studio I help to run.

I don’t currently offer prints of my work but it is something that I am considering for the right environment/market.

My prices range from £650 to £3000.
